Noon Inbound Shipment: From ASN to Warehouse Confirmation

The Noon inbound shipment process has 6 steps: create ASN, book warehouse slot, print labels, pack goods, deliver to warehouse, and confirm inbound receipt. This guide walks new sellers through each step with key tips and a complete pre-shipment checklist.

By JisuSell Team
TLDR — Quick Summary
  • Confirm SKUs are FBN-enabled and EAN barcodes match catalog before starting
  • After creating ASN, you must book a slot (Booking) to get a delivery window
  • Every item needs an FNSKU label; every carton needs a Carton Label
  • Shipped quantity must match ASN declaration exactly
  • Must deliver within the booking time window — expired bookings require rebooking
  • After inbound, verify received quantity in Seller Lab and report discrepancies promptly

Complete Inbound Shipment Steps

1
Create ASN
Log in to Noon Seller Lab, navigate to Inventory > Inbound > Create ASN. Enter the SKUs and quantities you want to ship. The system generates a unique ASN number — all subsequent operations reference this number. Ensure each SKU's EAN barcode matches the catalog.
2
Book warehouse slot
After ASN creation, select your target warehouse and delivery date to book a slot. The system assigns a delivery time window (usually a date range). Upon successful booking, you'll receive a Booking confirmation — note the window carefully. Popular warehouses fill fast; use JisuSell's ASN Booking Assistant for auto-slot grabbing.
3
Print labels
From the ASN detail page, download label files: FNSKU labels (applied to each item) and Carton Labels (applied to each box exterior). Print using a thermal printer or regular printer. Labels must be clear and scannable — blurry labels cause inbound delays.
4
Pack goods
Prepare and pack items per ASN declared quantities. Requirements: FNSKU label on each item, Carton Label on each box, single box weight under 15kg, proper protective packaging. Do a final count before sealing boxes to ensure exact match with ASN declaration.
5
Deliver to warehouse
Ship goods to the designated warehouse address within the booking time window. Bring the ASN number (or printed shipment document) — warehouse staff will verify before accepting. Aim to deliver 1-2 days early to avoid logistics delays causing missed deadlines.
6
Confirm inbound receipt
After delivery, the warehouse counts and shelves your items. Track ASN status in Seller Lab's Inventory > Inbound page. When status shows Received / Completed, inbound is successful. Verify received quantity — if discrepancies exist, file a ticket within 3 days.
💡 Tip

For your first inbound, we recommend a small test shipment (5-10 items) to learn the process before scaling up. JisuSell's ASN Booking Assistant auto-books slots and verifies SKU info for you. Learn about ASN Booking Assistant →

FAQ

How long does the Noon inbound shipment process take?

From ASN creation to inbound confirmation, it typically takes 3-7 business days: ASN creation same day, booking 1-3 days, preparation and labeling 1 day, shipping same day, inbound confirmation 1-3 days.

What should new sellers know about their first inbound shipment?

For your first shipment: confirm SKUs are FBN-enabled, verify EAN barcodes match catalog, apply FNSKU labels to every item, match quantities exactly to ASN declaration, deliver within booking window. We recommend a small test shipment (5-10 items) first.

Where do I download shipping labels?

After creating an ASN in Seller Lab, go to the ASN detail page to download FNSKU labels (product labels) and Carton Labels (box labels). Print using a thermal label printer or regular printer.

What happens if I miss the booking delivery window?

If you miss the delivery window, the booking expires automatically and the ASN may be cancelled or rejected by the system. You'll need to create a new ASN and rebook. Always arrange logistics promptly after booking — don't wait until the deadline.

Can I ship more units than declared in the ASN?

No. Shipped quantity must match the ASN declaration exactly. Over-shipping may result in warehouse rejection or return of excess items. Under-shipping will be recorded as the actual received amount. Always pack exactly per declaration.
